ACSP – Companies House Authorised Corporate Service Provider

ACSP – Authorised Corporate Service Provider

Companies House authorised provider for company services and identity verification.

Important: under the new Companies House rules, identity verification for directors and persons with significant control can be completed through an authorised provider. We are a registered ACSP and can carry out this verification for you.

Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) status allows us to perform selected company administration and identity verification tasks in accordance with the Companies House requirements introduced by the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023.

What is ACSP?

An ACSP is a regulated intermediary authorised to carry out identity verification and corporate service work for Companies House. The system was introduced to improve transparency, reduce misuse of UK companies and ensure that directors and beneficial owners can be properly identified.

What we can help with

  • identity verification for directors and PSCs
  • Companies House filings and company changes
  • new UK company formation with compliant verification
  • ongoing corporate administration and record keeping
  • support for clients who cannot or do not want to manage the process directly with Companies House

Why use an authorised provider

The rules are becoming stricter and filings increasingly require verified identities and correct supporting records. Using an ACSP helps keep the process controlled, documented and consistent with Companies House expectations.
